What do we do
At Brew Culture we're passionate about craft beer and the community within the industry. Craft brewing in its purest form is defined by the creativity and imagination of its brewers. We aim to supply those brewers with the highest quality hops, direct from out partner growers around the globe, so they can explore their creative minds in the beers they so artfully create. We also distribute industry specific brewing aids, cleaning solutions, and equipment to breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cider makers across Canada and the United States. Just recently we partnered with White Labs Fermentation & Yeast to become their Canadian distributor. We now stock and supply liquid yeast, dry yeast, nutrients and enzymes for breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cider makers throughout Canada.
Developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2016, Loral® HBC 291 has a noble heritage that straddles the fence between old and new world hop aromatics. It has the ability to complement all beer styles, making it a very versatile hop in the brewery.

Daughter of Cascade (US), Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria originated in Huell, Germany and was released to the brewing masses in 2012. It is useful for both flavor and aroma and imparts slightly sweet notes of tangerine and citrus, especially when used for dry hopping.
Developed by the New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research hop breeding program and released in 2012, Waimea’s lineage includes Californian Late Cluster, Saaz and Fuggle. Waimea is a big hop for big beers and can be used across an array of styles in a variety of brew house and dry hopping applications.
Developed by the New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research hop breeding program and released in 1988, as Hallertau Aroma, WakatuTM was renamed in 2011. It is a triplod variety with two thirds Hallertau Mittelfrüh parentage. WakatuTM is a well rounded variety with strong, fresh citrus characteristics and some bittering capabilities.
Pahto™ is a super alpha hop that consistently delivers a clean and smooth canvas of bitterness for the boil. The Pahto™ story is every bit as refreshing. Snow melt from Pahto™ (the native name for Mt. Adams) and the neighbouring Cascades provides irrigation for farms and ranches throughout the Yakima Valley.
Developed by Yakima Chief Ranches, Palisade® YCR 4 cv. is known for its high yield and unique aroma pro le. With moderate alpha acid, Palisade® borders on being a dual purpose hop, however, more complex characteristics are seen in later additions.
The Pink Boots Blend consists of a well-rounded mix of Pacific Northwestern hop varieties, including Loral®, Mosaic®, Simcoe®, Sabro™ and Glacier. The combination creates a high aroma hop blend that contributes citrus, earthy and fruity aroma and flavor characteristics to beers.
