Quel Firm Control is a premium defoamer product formulated for use in brewery applications. It is a concentrated dispersion of extremely effective anti-foam agents. This water-soluble product is effective in preventing or limiting foam build-up through the beer production process. Quel Firm Control is completely removed from the beer after fermentation by the yeast and filtration.
