Raven Melanoidin

Melanoidin malts are generally used for production of dark beers. In comparison to the caramel malts, the characteristic taste aroma and colour are achieved by purely more intensive course of Maillard reaction without roasting the malt. Melanoidin malt has clean malt aroma and taste without bitter notes typical for roasted malts.
