Wheat malt is used generally for production of wheat and other top fermented beers. In comparison to the barley malts, wheat malt lacks husk which negatively influences the wort separation, has higher content of protein and polysaccharides. Combination of this malt with the right yeast brings unique and refreshing taste and aroma of wheat beer.
