Fresh from the Hüll Hop Research Institute in the Hallertau region of Germany, Tango was developed to be high yield, stable in alpha acid content, climate tolerant, "low input – high out” contributing to sustainability and have excellent aroma potential in many beers.

Depending on the beer type and dosage this hop imparts a pleasantly mild bitterness as well as strong citrus, pineapple, passion fruit flavours backed with notes of cassis, and cedar resin.

For kettle hopped beers: fresh hop aroma notes similar to Hallertauer Tradition and Perle.

In late and dry hopped beers: citrusy, fresh and fruity aroma

Alpha acids: 7.5 to 11 %

Beta Acids:  6 to 11%

Total Oils: 2.4 – 4.0 ml /100 g
